Publisher's Description:PictureBook - PictureBook V1.8: Your Personal Graphics database. A flexible, easy to use tool for managing all your graphics, photo's and other images.PictureBook stores your images into it's central database, after which you can access these by the image title and/or date - including searching/filtering options. Now also with a slideshow, that will follow the search filter settings. You may also enter virtually unlimited additional descriptions into the images's memofield (Rich Text Format (RTF) support included). The PictureBook graphics database system can handle the common image file formats for both import and export functions. All other graphical formats are supported by using cut & paste functionality. A powerful User Report Designer (URD), with which you may construct your own reports and representations, is included. This URD also supports and implementation of Structured Query Language (SQL) allowing you to query your graphics database on all available fields in order to quickly retrieve the images you require. PictureBook requires a one time registration (=license purchase) and offers lifetime support and free upgrades & add-on programs. EVALUATION PERIOD: You may EVALUATE this copy of the PictureBook database system for a period of 30 days (OR until you've reached the EVALUATION LIMIT for a database, which ever comes first), to determine if the product meets your needs. After this trial period you must register your copy (by purchasing a usage license and a registration key) at one of the given addresses (see the PictureBook order forms within the file ORDER.DOC or visit the ORDER page on our website at www.Doldersum.com) OR STOP using the PictureBook software. EVALUATION LIMIT: While in it's shareware evaluation status, PictureBook is limiting itself to accomodate (roughly) 50 images. We are assuming that, once when you have entered such an amount of data, you will have formed your opinion of the product and are working BEYOND the point of an EVALUATION USAGE. The shareware evaluation limit is terminated IMMEDIATELY after adding the registration key to the system. The PictureBook registration key, is STRICTLY PERSONAL and may not be duplicated other than for backup purposes on your personal behalf, as it releases the shareware evaluation limits and allows PictureBook to function in it's unlimited registered mode. By registering (purchasing a registration key and usage license), you do NOT become the owner of this software package, but you are granted the fully supported use of the PictureBook database system. The PictureBook software package will remain the total property of the author, Harry Doldersum, under all circumstances. All users are granted a limited license to use the SHAREWARE version of PictureBook for a limited evaluation period (See "Evaluation period") in order to determine if the product meets their needs. Any other use of PictureBook or use past this period requires registration. (PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTINUED USE AFTER THE EVALUATION PERIOD WITHOUT VALID REGISTRATION IS A VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT LAWS). All users are granted a limited license (and are encouraged) to copy the shareware version of PictureBook only for the purpose of allowing others to try it, subject to the above restrictions as well as these: PictureBook must be distributed in absolutely unmodified form, including all program, documentation and other files as found in the original PBKxxx.ZIP (xxx = version number) archive file.
